Sheldon Dog Services Ltd are a family run, community-focussed small business based in Birmingham. We offer a wide range of top quality services and products. Our goal and passion as a team are to deliver the kind of service, love and attention to detail we would expect for our own dogs. From the top down we encourage our team to provide for the needs of your dogs first and our business last. We always strive to do the right thing.

We constantly review all of our policies, procedures and general running of the business to ensure we are meeting if not going above and beyond our expectations. We offer Grooming, Training and Walking services, as well as retail premises stocked with lots of goodies, for all of your dogs needs to be taken care of. We only stock products that we believe in after they have been tried and tested on our own dogs and all of the treats that we stock are natural and healthy. Not only do we have high expectations of the services we deliver, but we also pride ourselves on being respectful, thoughtful and fair employers. We want our staff to feel valued, happy and secure. A by-product of this is that they will be at their best, meaning this will positively impact your dogs and in turn yourselves.

Our staff are directly employed by the company (something that isn’t common in the Dog Services industry) meaning that they are all fully insured. This also gives them access to a wide range of benefits and employment rights. We offer a 4 day work week where possible for our team to have a happy balance of work and home life and feel refreshed when back at work. Our aim for the future is to roll this out across the whole team to ensure our team are paid above the living wage (we already pay more than the minimum wage).
